Commissioned Portaits
Portraits are executed from live sittings and/or photographs or both. They may be done entirely from photos when sittings are either not convenient or available ) For sittings, a meeting can be in the convenience of your home, or in the artists' studio in beautiful Sedona, Az. Photos will be taken and viewed by you and Mr. DeMille to select the ideal portrait arrangement, as well as discussion on size, composition, clothing and background
On completion of the final portrait, it will be shown to you for your complete approval. Upon acceptance, delivery arrangements will be made.
(Travel, lodging, framing and shipping is extra.)
Posthumas portraits with life-like vitality are a specialty.
Payment Terms: A deposit of 1/3 is due with the signed contract. An additional 1/3 is due on acceptance of preliminary color sketch. The balance is due on delivery of finished work.

Conte [Sepia] portraits are done on a toned paper, drawn with a sepia color conte crayon and highlighted with a white pastel. They are fresh and vibrant with a bit of impressionistic flavor.
